Refund policy

Pukhtoon Culture provides an easy return and exchange service. 

Products in their original, undamaged condition may be returned or exchanged within 15 working days. 

Items must be returned with the original packaging and invoice. Shoes or damaged boxes are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

The terms of exchange shall apply to all products currently in possession.

Refund 

 

We will provide you with an update regarding the status of your refund once we have received and examined your returned item. If approved, an instantaneous refund will be issued to you. You will receive a voucher for the amount of your payment once all fees have been deducted. The voucher is redeemable for every product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 3 business days. 

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
